Deceleration rate definition

Deceleration rate means the total rate of reduction in the linear speed of the vehicle induced by the application of the service brake, the road loads, and the non-friction torque from the electric machine.

  • Termination Rate means a rate per annum equal to the arithmetic mean of the cost (without proof or evidence of any actual cost) to each party (as certified by such party) if it were to fund or of funding such amounts.

  • Amortization rate means the amortization rate, as defined in Section 49-11-102,

  • Inflation rate means that term as defined in section 34d.

  • Calculation Rate For each Distribution Date, in the case of the Class A and Class B Interests, the product of (i) 10 and (ii) the weighted average rate of the outstanding Class A and Class B Interests, treating each Class A Interest as capped at zero or reduced by a fixed percentage of 100% of the interest accruing on such Class.

  • Distribution Rate means, for the period beginning on (and including) the date of original issuance and ending on (but excluding) March 18, 2002, 5.60%, and for the period beginning on (and including) March 18, 2002 and thereafter, the Coupon Rate.
