Decision Point III definition

Decision Point III means the time period that commences on the first Business Day immediately following Phase III of a Cycle, and shall end within thirty (30) calendar days; however, if the thirtieth (30th) does not fall on a Business Day, this time period shall conclude on the next Business Day.

Examples of Decision Point III in a sentence

  • At the conclusion of Transmission Provider’s deficiency review for Decision Point III, refund to the Project Developer or Eligible Customer up to 90 percent of its Study Deposit submitted with its New Service Request during the Application Phase, less any actual costs.

  • A Project Developer or Eligible Customer may withdraw its New Service Request during Decision Point III.

  • Before the close of Decision Point III, Project Developer or Eligible Customer shall choose either to remain in the Cycle subject to the terms set forth below, or to withdraw its New Service Request.

  • Transmission Provider will exercise Reasonable Efforts to inform Project Developer or Eligible Customer of deficiencies within 10 Business Days after the close of Decision Point III.

  • The Final Agreement Negotiation Phase shall commence on the first Business Day immediately following the end of Phase III, and shall run concurrently with Decision Point III.

Related to Decision Point III

  • Interconnection Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which the project is connected to the grid i.e. it shall be at 11 / 22 kV bus bar level of substation of MSEDCL.

Metering shall be done at this interconnection point where the power is injected into. For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.

  • Development Location Point means a single point selected by the Applicant on the proposed Development site that is located within 100 feet of a residential building existing or to be constructed as part of the proposed Development.   • Input Service Distributor means an office of the supplier of goods or services or both which receives tax invoices issued under section 31 towards the receipt of input services and issues a prescribed document for the purposes of distributing the credit of central tax, State tax, integrated tax or Union territory tax paid on the said services to a supplier of taxable goods or services or both having the same Permanent Account Number as that of the said office;

  • Process Gas means gas used for which altemate fuels, other than another gaseous fuel, are not technically feasible such as in applications requiring precise temperature controls and precise flame characteristics.

  • Point of Interconnection means the point or points where the Customer Interconnection Facilities interconnect with the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities or the Transmission System.

  • Valuation Point means such time as shall be specified in the relevant Supplement for each Fund.

  • Surplus Interconnection Customer means either an Interconnection Customer whose Generating Facility is already interconnected to the PJM Transmission System or one of its affiliates, or an unaffiliated entity that submits a Surplus Interconnection Request to utilize Surplus Interconnection Service within the Transmission System in the PJM Region. A Surplus Interconnection Customer is not a New Service Customer.

  • Power production activities means any business operation that involves a project commissioned by the government of Iran whose purpose is to facilitate power generation and delivery, including, but not limited to, establishing power-generating plants or hydroelectric dams, selling or installing components for the project, providing service contracts related to the installation or maintenance of the project, as well as facilitating such activities, including by providing supplies or services in support of such activities.

  • Managed Services means the services provided by a Client to End Users using the SaaS and Client’s intellectual capital and/or additional services supplied by Client.
