Declaration Day for an animal means the day on which the animal becomes a newly protected animal.

  • Metal Options are therefore only partially automatically exercised based on Closing Prices established the day before Declaration Day.

  • The partial auto-exercise by the Clearing House is designed to assist the expiry process and to provide maximum flexibility for managing pin risks from market movements on floating third Wednesday Prompt Date prices that are prevailing on Declaration Day.

  • Dividends declared on a Dividend Declaration Day will be paid to shareholders in the Distribution Classes who are registered in the Register on such Dividend Declaration Day.
