Man Day definition

Man Day means 7.5 Man Hours, whether or not such hours are worked consecutively and whether or not they are worked on the same day;
Man Day means any day during which an employee performs agricul- tural labor for not less than one (1) hour. Agricultural labor performed by an employer’s parent, spouse, child, or other member of his immediate family, i.e., step-children, foster children, step- parents and foster parents, brothers, and sisters is not counted as man-days.
