declaration of compliance definition

declaration of compliance or ‘declaration’ means a declaration by the manufacturer that a specific type or group of vehicles, component or separate technical unit is in compliance with the requirements of this Regulation;
declaration of compliance means a declaration by a research institution or a tissue bank of its compliance with the requirements of this Act;
declaration of compliance means a statement submitted to the City by the owner or the landlord that certifies that, to the best of his or her knowledge, after an onsite review of the conditions of the rental unit, each residential housing unit complies with the requirements and standards of this chapter.

declaration of compliance means the declaration of compliance referred to in regulation 18 or 25;
