For a CDGU, the “Automatic Voltage Regulator Status (AVR Status)” for a Trading Period shall be equal to the Time Weighted Average of all Declared Automatic Voltage Regulator Status values submitted by the Service Provider that apply to that Trading Period.

Certified Domestic Violence Specialist means a person who has fulfilled the requirements of certification as a Domestic Violence Specialist established by the New Jersey Association of Domestic Violence Professionals.
Chemical dependency means the physiological and psychological addiction to a controlled drug or substance, or to alcohol. Dependence upon tobacco, nicotine, caffeine or eating disorders are not included in this definition.
