Examples of Decree Court in a sentence

  • Should either or both of the U.S. Department of Justice or ODEQ not execute the joint motion, then the Seller and the Buyers shall execute the joint motion and the Seller shall thereafter file the motion with the Global CAA Consent Decree Court.

Sec. 1911.

  • New York Courts shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9(d).
