Dedicated Improvements definition

Dedicated Improvements means any improvements dedicated to the City of Vineland on the Subdivision plat or Site Plan(s) and accepted by the City.

  • Provided, however, if the Township shall determine that curing such default shall require the Township to undertake completion of the Dedicated Improvements, the procedures and time limits of Paragraph 22 shall apply.

  • In the event that the Dedicated Improvements are not completed by such date, or in the event that Developer is otherwise in default of this Agreement, then any undrawn funds remaining under the Financial Security shall, upon draw by Township, be paid to Township.

  • The Dedicated Improvements shall not be deemed to be completed until Township accepts by resolution the Certificate of Final Completion issued by the Township Engineer certifying that the Dedicated Improvements have been satisfactorily completed in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • In completing said Dedicated Improvements, Township may, at its option, have such Dedicated Improvements completed by Developer or by independent contractors or by Township employees or by any combination of the foregoing, as Township may elect.

  • The list of Dedicated Improvements contained herein is not intended to encompass all of the Dedicated Improvements required or shown on the Plan.


More Definitions of Dedicated Improvements

Dedicated Improvements means those improvements identified and described in Exhibit B-1, to be constructed by or for the Developer and which are to be dedicated by the Developer to the Village.

Related to Dedicated Improvements

  • Leased Improvements shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.1(b).

Unsatisfactory: the Educator’s performance on a standard or overall has not significantly improved following a rating of needs improvement, or the Educator’s performance is consistently below the requirements of a standard or overall and is considered inadequate, or both.

  • Building Project means the aggregate combined parcel of land on a portion of which are the improvements of which the Premises form a part, with all the improvements thereon, said improvements being a part of the block and lot for tax purposes which are applicable to the aforesaid land.

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • Improvements means the buildings, structures, improvements, and alterations now constructed or at any time in the future constructed or placed upon the Land, including any future replacements and additions.

  • Project Improvements means site improvements and facilities that are:

  • Non-Public Works and Improvements means all competitively solicited procurement of Supplies and/or Services by the City not solicited as Public Works.

  • Building Common Areas means with respect to the Tower, the areas, facilities and amenities specified in Schedule [E] which are to be used and enjoyed in common with all the other Apartment Acquirers of the Units in the Building; and

  • Site Improvements means any construction work on, or improvement to, streets, roads, parking facilities, sidewalks, drainage structures and utilities.

  • The Works/Project means the works to be executed or done under this contract.

  • Infrastructure Improvements means a street, road, sidewalk, parking facility, pedestrian mall, alley, bridge, sewer, sewage treatment plant, property designed to reduce, eliminate, or prevent the spread of identified soil or groundwater contamination, drainage system, waterway, waterline, water storage facility, rail line, utility line or pipeline, transit-oriented development, transit-oriented property, or other similar or related structure or improvement, together with necessary easements for the structure or improvement, owned or used by a public agency or functionally connected to similar or supporting property owned or used by a public agency, or designed and dedicated to use by, for the benefit of, or for the protection of the health, welfare, or safety of the public generally, whether or not used by a single business entity, provided that any road, street, or bridge shall be continuously open to public access and that other property shall be located in public easements or rights-of-way and sized to accommodate reasonably foreseeable development of eligible property in adjoining areas. Infrastructure improvements also include 1 or more of the following whether publicly or privately owned or operated or located on public or private property:

  • Common Areas is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Project and interior utility raceways and installations within the Unit that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and other tenants of the Project and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, walkways, driveways and landscaped areas.

  • Base Building shall include the structural portions of the Building, the public restrooms and the Building mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems and equipment located in the internal core of the Building on the floor or floors on which the Premises are located. Tenant shall promptly provide Landlord with copies of any notices it receives regarding an alleged violation of Law. Tenant shall comply with the rules and regulations of the Building attached as Exhibit E and such other reasonable rules and regulations adopted by Landlord from time to time, including rules and regulations for the performance of Alterations (defined in Section 9).

  • Tenant Improvements Defined in Exhibit B, if any.

  • Infrastructure improvement means permanent infrastructure that is essential for the public health and safety or that:

  • Quality Improvement means a focus on activities to improve performance above minimum standards and reasonably expected levels of performance, quality and practice.

  • Substitute Improvements means the substitute or additional improvements of the Issuer described in Article V hereof.

  • Minimum Improvements means the acquisition of land and construction of a 152-unit market rate residential apartment building, construction of a stormwater pond and related improvements. The Minimum Improvements are more fully depicted in Exhibit B, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein.

  • Building Work has the meaning given to it in section 6 of the Building and Construction Industry (Improving Productivity) Act 2016 (Cth);

  • Capital Improvements mean the purchase, renovation, rehabilitation, or construction of permanent land, buildings, structures, equipment and furnishings used directly for or in the Project, and any goods or services for the Project that are purchased and capitalized under GAAP, including any organizational costs and research and development costs incurred in Illinois. Capitalized lease costs for land, buildings, structures or equipment shall be included in “Capital Improvements” only if the lease term, including any extensions or options to extend, equals or exceeds the term of this Agreement, and provided that such lease costs are valued at their present value using the corporate interest rate prevailing at the time the Company filed its Application with the Department.

  • Home improvement means the remodeling, altering,
