NamPower shall pay the Energy Payment to the Seller in respect of the aggregate amount of Net Energy based on the Monthly Generation Forecast (as per 12.1.1) in respect of the Net Energy that was available deemed to be delivered to NamPower commencing from the Deemed Commercial Operation Date, which output shall be measured in kWh at the end of each month of delay or part thereof thereafter.
