Deemed Series A Issue Date definition

Deemed Series A Issue Date means with respect to each of the Series A+ Investors, the date on which such Series A+ Investor or its Affiliate fully paid to the Domestic Company the consideration for capital increase under the Capital Increase Agreement dated May 18, 2017.
