Default Determination Ratio definition

Default Determination Ratio shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.3 hereof.
Default Determination Ratio means a Debt Service Coverage Ratio of 1.10 to 1.0.

  • Any such funds escrowed shall be returned to Borrower if the Default Determination Ratio is achieved for two consecutive DSCR Determination Dates.

In the event that the consideration offered to stockholders of the Company consists of anything other than cash, the Committee shall determine the fair cash equivalent of the portion of the consideration offered which is other than cash.

  • Rate Determination Date means two (2) Business Days prior to the commencement of such Interest Period (or such other day as is generally treated as the rate fixing day by market practice in such interbank market, as determined by the Administrative Agent; provided that to the extent such market practice is not administratively feasible for the Administrative Agent, then “Rate Determination Date” means such other day as otherwise reasonably determined by the Administrative Agent).
