Default Determination Ratio definition

Default Determination Ratio means a Debt Service Coverage Ratio of 1.10 to 1.0.
Default Determination Ratio shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.3 hereof.

  • Any such funds escrowed shall be returned to Borrower if the Default Determination Ratio is achieved for two consecutive DSCR Determination Dates.

  • Reset Determination Date means, in respect of the First Reset Period, the second Business Day prior to the First Reset Date and, in respect of each Subsequent Reset Period thereafter, the second Business Day prior to the first day of each such Subsequent Reset Period;

  • LIBOR Interest Determination Date means the second LIBOR Business Day preceding each LIBOR Rate Reset Date.

  • Net Leverage Ratio means, at any time, the ratio of (a)(i) Consolidated Total Indebtedness at such time minus (ii) the Qualified Cash Amount to (b) Consolidated EBITDA for the most recently completed period of four fiscal quarters.
