Defects Register definition

Defects Register has the meaning given in the Project Management Agreement.
Defects Register means a document recording all defects (Mängel) during the Warranty Period, including the date of the defect, the actions taken to rectify the defect, the date the relevant part of the Supply returned to service following the rectification of the defect and a revised date that establishes the extension to the Warranty Period according to clause 4.9.2 covering that specific part. The Defects Register will contain all defects occurred during the Warranty Period, i.e. from the beginning of the Warranty Period until its expiry.
Defects Register has the meaning given to “defects register” in the Construction Agreement. Detriment means Aurizon Detriment or Trustee Detriment (as the case may be).
