Deferred fuel cost charge means any deferred fuel cost charge as defined in Section 56-249.6:2 O of the Deferred Fuel Cost Statute that are authorized by the Financing Order.

  • If, for any reason a revised Deferred Fuel Cost Charge is not implemented and effective on the applicable date set forth herein, the Servicer shall notify the Issuer, the Indenture Trustee and each Rating Agency in writing by the end of the second Servicer Business Day after such applicable date.
