Definitive Warrant definition
Definitive Warrant means a Warrant Certificate in definitive form that is not deposited with the Depositary or with the Warrant Agent as custodian for the Depositary.
Definitive Warrant means either (i) a Warrant represented by a Definitive Warrant Certificate or (ii) a Warrant issued by electronic entry registration on the books of the Warrant Agent.
