Delayed Payment Interest Rate definition

Delayed Payment Interest Rate means the national average annual rate of interest payable on jumbo six-month bank certificates of deposit, as quoted in the business section of the most recently published Sunday edition of The New York Times preceding the Executive’s separation from service.
Delayed Payment Interest Rate means the short term Applicable Federal Rate as of the business day immediately preceding the payment date for the applicable delayed payment.

  • Delinquent payments shall accrue interest at the Delayed Payment Interest Rate as of the close of business on the payment due date.

More Definitions of Delayed Payment Interest Rate

Delayed Payment Interest Rate means the prime interest rate as reported in The Wall Street Journal as of the business day immediately preceding the payment date for the applicable delayed payment.
Delayed Payment Interest Rate means the short term applicable federal rate provided for in Section 1274(d) of the Code as of the business day immediately preceding the payment date for the applicable delayed payment. The Parties also agree that all amounts required to be paid hereunder to the Executive or to his estate or beneficiaries shall, notwithstanding any other provision in this Agreement requiring such amounts to be paid at a different time, be paid by no later than the latest date by which such amounts would have to be paid in order not to be treated under Section 409A as includible in gross income for any tax year earlier than the tax year in which such payment otherwise was scheduled to be made under the terms of this Agreement.

  • Note Interest Rate means a per annum rate equal to 0.02% in excess of LIBOR as determined by the Calculation Agent on the related LIBOR Determination Date with respect to each Interest Period.
