Deliverability Value definition

Deliverability Value means the amount stated in Section 4.1(c).

Examples of Deliverability Value in a sentence

  • For each month during which Seller has not achieved FCDS as determined by the CAISO, Buyer shall pay Seller for the Product an amount equal to the sum for each hour in the month of the product of (i) the Energy Price minus [insert the $/MWh equal to the Deliverability Value] (“Deliverability Value”) times (ii) the sum of Bundled Green Energy plus Deemed Bundled Green Energy (together, the “Monthly Energy Payment”).

  • The capacity benefits (excluding costs) can be converted into a levelized $/MWh value which is used as the Deliverability Value in calculating contract payments, as applicable.

  • Officers assessed projects against agreed criteria: Project Description, Deliverability, Value for Money.

  • For periods in which the project has not achieved FCDS, the Contract Price will be reduced by the Deliverability Value (i.e. an energy only price).

Related to Deliverability Value

  • Daily Measurement Value means the Specified Dollar Amount (if any), divided by 40.

  • Worst Value means, in respect of a ST Valuation Date, the RI Value for the Reference Item(s) with the lowest or equal lowest RI Value for any Reference Item in the Basket in respect of such ST Valuation Date.
