Delivered PCs definition

Delivered PCs means PCs that have been delivered by Supplier and awarded to Buyer pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, in accordance with the Portfolio Standard and which have been properly delivered and recorded to Buyer's PC Account.

Examples of Delivered PCs in a sentence

  • A " PC Shortfall, " with respect to the Stub Period means the occurrence of the following with respect to such Stub Period: the sum of all Delivered PCs during the Stub Period is less than the product of (a) the PC Performance Factor multiplied by (b) an amount equal to (i) the Yearly PC Amount divided by twelve (12) and (ii) multiplied by the number of full months in the Stub Period minus (c) the total amount of PCs associated with Excused Product Amount during the Stub Period.

  • For purposes of this Agreement, a “PC Shortfall Amount” with respect to any Measurement Period means: (A) the PC Shortfall Threshold for such Measurement Period; minus (B) the Delivered PCs during such Measurement Period.

  • PC Shortfall Amount with respect to any Contract Year , means (a) the Yearly PC Amount; minus (b) the total amount of PCs associated with Excused Product Amount; minus (c) Delivered PCs. If the calculation of the PC Shortfall Amount set forth in this Section 3.6.1 yields an amount of zero or less for the Stub Period or a Contract Year, then no PC Shortfall will be deemed to exist with respect to such Stub Period or Contract Year .

  • A PC Shortfall with respect to a Contract Year , means the occurrence of the following with respect to such Contract Year : the sum of all Delivered PCs is less than the product of (a) the PC Performance Factor multiplied by (b) an amount equal to (i) the Yearly PC Amount minus (ii) the total amount of PCs associated with Excused Product Amount.

  • Subject to the last sentence of this Section 3.7.1, for purposes of this Agreement a “ PC Shortfall” shall occur in any Measurement Period if the sum of all Delivered PCs is less than the “PC Shortfall Threshold” defined as the product of (a)0.90 multiplied by (b) an amount equal to (i) the sum of the Yearly PC Amount for the Contract Years in such Measurement Period minus (ii) the total amount of PCs associated with Excused Product during such Measurement Period.

  • SAP Delivered Support means SAP’s support offering to directly provide support to End Users subject to the terms and conditions set out in the EUMA.

  • Incremental Rights-Eligible Required Transmission Enhancements means Regional Facilities and Necessary Lower Voltage Facilities or Lower Voltage Facilities (as defined in Tariff, Schedule 12) and meet one of the following criteria: (1) cost responsibility is assigned to non-contiguous Zones that are not directly electrically connected; or (2) cost responsibility is assigned to Merchant Transmission Providers that are Responsible Customers.

  • Locational Deliverability Area Reliability Requirement means the projected internal capacity in the Locational Deliverability Area plus the Capacity Emergency Transfer Objective for the Delivery Year, as determined by the Office of the Interconnection in connection with preparation of the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan, less the minimum internal resources required for all FRR Entities in such Locational Deliverability Area.

  • Locational Deliverability Area or “LDA” shall mean a geographic area within the PJM Region that has limited transmission capability to import capacity to satisfy such area’s reliability requirement, as determined by the Office of the Interconnection in connection with preparation of the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan, and as specified in Reliability Assurance Agreement, Schedule 10.1.

  • New Service Request means an Interconnection Request, a Completed Application, or an Upgrade Request. New Services Queue:

  • NERC Interchange Distribution Calculator means the NERC mechanism that is in effect and being used to calculate the distribution of energy, over specific transmission interfaces, from energy transactions.

  • Transmission and distribution system means, with respect to an

  • Shared Transport is defined as local interoffice transmission facilities shared by more than one Carrier, including Qwest, between End Office Switches, between End Office Switches and Tandem Switches (local and Access Tandem Switches), and between Tandem Switches within the Local Calling Area, as described more fully in the Agreement.

  • Data Subject Access Request means a request made by, or on behalf of, a Data Subject in accordance with rights granted pursuant to the Data Protection Legislation to access their Personal Data;

  • Network Termination Point (NTP) means the physical point at which a subscriber is provided with access to a public communications network; in the case of networks involving switching or routing, the NTP is identified by means of a specific network address, which may be linked to a subscriber number or name;

  • Access Service Request (ASR) is an industry standard form used by the Parties to add, establish, change or disconnect trunks for the purposes of Interconnection.

  • Viatical settlement provider means a person, other than a viator, who enters into or effectuates a viatical settlement contract. Viatical settlement provider does not include:

  • Data Subject Request means a request made by, or on behalf of, a Data Subject in accordance with rights granted pursuant to the Data Protection Legislation to access their Personal Data.

  • Amplification, transmission and distribution equipment means, but is not limited to, production,

  • No-Firm Transmission Withdrawal Rights means the rights to schedule energy withdrawals from a specified point on the Transmission System. Non-Firm Transmission Withdrawal Rights may be awarded only to a Merchant D.C. Transmission Facility that connects the Transmission System to another control area. Withdrawals scheduled using Non-Firm Transmission Withdrawal Rights have rights similar to those under Non-Firm Point-to-Point Transmission Service. Non-Performance Charge:

  • Payment Statement As defined in Section 6.01 hereof.

  • Servicer Termination Notice Defined in Section 6.15.

  • Extended school year services means special education and related services that are provided to a child with a disability and meet the standards of the State of Wisconsin. These services are provided beyond the normal school year of the local educational agency, in accordance with the individualized education program (IEP), and at no cost to the parents of the child.

  • Settlement Statement has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(a).

  • Interim Payment Certificate means a payment certificate issued under Clause 14 [Contract Price and Payment], other than the Final Payment Certificate.

  • Undeliverable address means an address to which the postal service or an authorized delivery service under Section5703.056 of the ORC is not able to deliver an assessment of the Tax Administrator, except when the reason for non-delivery is because the addressee fails to acknowledge or accept the assessment.
