Delivery Partner definition

Delivery Partner means any Third Party, who is not a Beneficiary, whether an organisation or an individual, working with the Recipient, and remunerated by the Recipient from the Grant, to deliver the Purpose;
Delivery Partner means a third party that (in collaboration with the Grant Recipient) shall deliver the Project, itself defray expenditure to be claimed and carry out the Project Activities in accordance with clause 4 and which third party is not intended by either party to be providing services or works under a contract for services or works.
Delivery Partner means any third party working with the Sponsor to deliver their obligations arising from this Agreement.

Delivery Partner for a geographic area means the delivery partner designated by the Minister to carry out prescribed powers and duties relating to the administration of this Act and the provision of assistance in that area; (“partenaire en prestation de services”)
