Delivery Points to Newfoundland Power definition

Delivery Points to Newfoundland Power means the 66,000 Volt terminals of the station power transformers at Marble Mountain and Pasadena, both of which are serviced from Deer Lake Power’s L1 transmission line or at such other location or locations that Hydro and the Customer mutually agree in writing;

Related to Delivery Points to Newfoundland Power

  • Supply Pipe means any part of a service pipe which a water undertaker could not be, or have been required to lay under section 46 of the Water Industry Act 1991; and

  • Dekatherm (dt) shall mean on million British Thermal Units and is synonymous to the term MMBTU.

  • Geothermal energy means energy contained in heat that continuously flows outward from the earth that is used as the sole source of energy to produce electricity.

  • Thermal energy means the thermal output produced by a combustion source used directly as part of a manufacturing process, industrial/commercial process, or heating/cooling application, but not used to produce electricity.

  • Transport Gas means the gas purchased by a Customer from a supplier other than KUB that Customer has arranged to have Delivered to KUB for delivery to the Customer by KUB.
