Supplemental Payment means any payments or transfers of things of value made to the District or to any person or persons in any form if such payment or transfer of thing of value being provided is in recognition of, anticipation of, or consideration for the Agreement and that is not authorized pursuant to Sections 313.027(f)(1) or (2) of the TEXAS TAX CODE, and specifically includes any payments required pursuant to Article VI of this Agreement.
mobility supplement means a supplement to which paragraph 9 of Schedule 4 refers;
Country Supplement means a supplement to this Prospectus specifying certain information pertaining to the offer of Shares of the Company or a Fund or Class in a particular jurisdiction or jurisdictions.
Additional Payment has the meaning given in clause 11.1 (Right to repay the Facility early).
Final Payment Statement shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 19.13;
Aggregate Supplemental Purchase Amount with respect to this Supplemental Transfer Agreement shall be $________; provided, however, that such amount shall not exceed the amount on deposit in the Supplemental Loan Account.
Closing Date Payment has the meaning set forth in Section 2.04(a)(i).
Stage Payment Statement shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 19.4; “Structures” means an elevated road or a flyover, as the case may be;
Delta Payment means as it is described in this Agreement.
Final Payment Certificate means the payment certificate issued under Sub-Clause 14.13 [Issue of Final Payment Certificate].
Supplemental Amount The amount deposited in the Supplemental Loan Account on the Closing Date, which shall equal $0.00.
Dietary supplement means a product, other than tobacco, that:
Initial Payment means the dollar amount specified as the “Initial Payment” in the applicable Purchase Agreement.
Interim Payment Certificate means a payment certificate issued under Clause 14 [Contract Price and Payment], other than the Final Payment Certificate.
Delivery Year means the Planning Period for which a Capacity Resource is committed pursuant to the auction procedures specified in Tariff, Attachment DD, or pursuant to an FRR Capacity Plan under Reliability Assurance Agreement, Schedule 8.
Installment buyer or "buyer" means a person that buys, hires, or leases a motor vehicle for personal, family, or household use, and not for commercial, business, or agricultural use, under an installment sale contract or a legal successor in interest to that person.
Closing Date Purchase Price shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1 hereof.
Closing Date Certificate means a Closing Date Certificate substantially in the form of Exhibit F-1.
Installment sale contract or "contract" means an agreement for the retail sale of a motor vehicle, or that has a similar purpose or effect, under which part or all of the price is payable in 2 or more scheduled payments subsequent to the making of the agreement or under which the obligor undertakes to make 2 or more scheduled payments or deposits that can be used to pay part or all of the purchase price, whether or not the seller has retained a security interest in the motor vehicle or has taken collateral security for the buyer's obligation, and any extension, deferment, renewal, or other revision of that agreement. Payment Date Certificate has the meaning set forth in Section 8.03(a) of the Indenture.
State-certified production means a qualified production
Final Acceptance Certificate means the certificate that shall be issued by the Engineer to the Contractor upon the satisfactory completion of the contract by the Contractor.
Final Payment is a payment (in addition to and not a substitution for the regular monthly payments of principal plus accrued interest) due on the earliest to occur of (a) the Maturity Date, or (b) the acceleration of any Term Loan, or (c) the prepayment of a Term Loan pursuant to Section 2.2(c) or (d), equal to the original principal amount of such Term Loan multiplied by the Final Payment Percentage, payable to Lenders in accordance with their respective Pro Rata Shares.
Certificate of Acceptance means written certification, delivered to Contractor and signed by an authorized representative of the State, stating that any Defects in a particular Phase or the Solution discovered after implementation and testing have been corrected as required under this Contract, and that the Phase complies in all material respects with all of the applicable Requirements.
Interim Payment has the meaning specified in Section 10.1.
Premium payment plan means a benefit plan whereby school em- ployees may pay their share of group health plan premiums with pretax dollars as provided in the salary reduction plan under chapter 41.05 RCW pursuant to 26 U.S.C. Sec. 125 or other sections of the Internal Revenue Code.
