Delivery Term Start Date definition

Delivery Term Start Date shall have meaning set forth in Article 2.
Delivery Term Start Date means the date on which the conditions set forth in Section 3.1(b) have been satisfied, as set out in a written notice from Seller to Buyer.
Delivery Term Start Date means the date on which the Seller commences Delivery of the Products to Buyer in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • On 15 February 2017, the Federal Council submitted to Parliament a draft amendment to the Disability Insurance Act entitled “Ongoing development of disability insurance” (see annex 2).

  • The Delivery Term shall commence on the Delivery Term Start Date and end on the Delivery Term End Date, unless this Agreement is earlier terminated in accordance with the provisions hereof.

  • Seller shall participate in such Forward Capacity Auction qualification process as required to allow Seller to qualify a Seasonal Claimed Capability of not less than 1,090 MW over the U.S. Transmission Line no later than the Guaranteed Delivery Term Start Date, as it may be extended pursuant to Sections 3.1(c) through 3.1(f).

  • Any RECs Delivered by Seller to Buyer’s PJM- EIS GATS or M-RETS account prior to the Delivery Term Start Date shall be deemed to be Delivered by Seller and received by Buyer at 12:00:00 a.m. Central Prevailing Time (“EPT”) on the Delivery Term Start Date.

  • After the Delivery Term Start Date, in no event shall a claim of Force Majeure or a Force Majeure Event operate to extend the Delivery Term.

  • The Delivery Term Start Date must be selected at the time of execution of the Standard Contract, and cannot be modified after being selected.

Delivery Term Start Date shall have meaning set forth in Article 2. “Earliest Energized Date” is January 21, 2015 and is the earliest date by which the System can be Energized under the terms of this Agreement.

Related to Delivery Term Start Date

  • Delivery Term has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1(b).

  • Delivery Term Security means the Performance Assurance that Seller is required to maintain, as specified in Article Eight, to secure performance of its obligations during the Delivery Term.

Example: If the anticipated award date published in the Solicitation is August 27, 2020 but extended negotiations delay award until September 24, 2020 the end date of the resulting initial “two-year” term Agreement, (which is subject to an extension(s)) will still be August 31, 2022 in this example

  • Transition Period means the period beginning with the Registration Date and ending as of the earlier of: (i) the date of the first annual meeting of stockholders of the Company at which directors are to be elected that occurs after the close of the third calendar year following the calendar year in which the Registration Date occurs; and (ii) the expiration of the “reliance period” under Treasury Regulation Section 1.162-27(f)(2).

  • Three-Month Term SOFR means the rate for Term SOFR for a tenor of three months that is published by the Term SOFR Administrator at the Reference Time for any interest period, as determined by the Calculation Agent after giving effect to the Three-Month Term SOFR Conventions. All percentages used in or resulting from any calculation of Three-Month Term SOFR shall be rounded, if necessary, to the nearest one-hundred-thousandth of a percentage point, with 0.000005% rounded up to 0.00001%.

  • Delivery Period Termination Date Has the meaning specified in the Related Pass Through Trust Supplement.

  • Three-Month Term SOFR Conventions means any determination, decision or election with respect to any technical, administrative or operational matter (including with respect to the manner and timing of the publication of Three-Month Term SOFR, or changes to the definition of “Floating Interest Period”, timing and frequency of determining Three-Month Term SOFR with respect to each Floating Interest Period and making payments of interest, rounding of amounts or tenors, and other administrative matters) that the Company decides may be appropriate to reflect the use of Three-Month Term SOFR as the Benchmark in a manner substantially consistent with market practice (or, if the Company decides that adoption of any portion of such market practice is not administratively feasible or if the Company determines that no market practice for the use of Three-Month Term SOFR exists, in such other manner as the Company determines is reasonably necessary).

  • Benchmark Transition Start Date means, in the case of a Benchmark Transition Event, the earlier of (a) the applicable Benchmark Replacement Date and (b) if such Benchmark Transition Event is a public statement or publication of information of a prospective event, the 90th day prior to the expected date of such event as of such public statement or publication of information (or if the expected date of such prospective event is fewer than 90 days after such statement or publication, the date of such statement or publication).

  • Service Commencement Date in respect of a Service or a particular instance of a Service means the date on which that particular Service or particular instance of a Service is first provided to the Customer, or as otherwise explicitly set out in this Agreement;

  • Investment Start Date : means 22 July 2022 or if such day is not a Scheduled Trading Day, the following day which is a Scheduled Trading Day.
