Delta Field definition

Delta Field means any licenses, services or sales (as applicable), directly or indirectly: (1) under any Existing Delta State and Local Contracts and any extensions, renewals or recompetes thereof or (2) outside the Ultra Field and the Shared Field.
Delta Field shall have the meaning set forth in the Separation and Distribution Agreement.
Delta Field means the Delta Services Platform, the Delta Third Party Integration Platform, and the Joint API Definition.
