Demand Media Business definition

Demand Media Business has the meaning set forth in the Separation Agreement.
Demand Media Business means the content and media business conducted by the Demand Media Entities and any other business (other than the Rightside Business) directly conducted by any Demand Media Entity as of or prior to the date of this Agreement.
