Demobilization Period definition

Demobilization Period means the time-period beginning on the first day following:
Demobilization Period means the time necessary to transfer installation responsibilities identified within this Agreement to the next succeeding Contractor
Demobilization Period means the period of time from and including the Demobilization Commencement Date through the last day of the Term.

  • Construction Period means the period commencing from the Appointed Date and ending on the date of the Completion Certificate;
