Demonstration means a show, seminar, or contest in which barber services are rendered for the purpose of educating barbers.
Plan of correction means a home health agency’s written response to findings of regulatory non- compliance. Plans must adhere to the format specified by the licensing agency, must include acceptable timeframes in which deficiencies will be corrected and must be approved by the licensing agency.

Error Correction means the use of reasonable commercial efforts to correct Errors.
Locational Deliverability Area Reliability Requirement means the projected internal capacity in the Locational Deliverability Area plus the Capacity Emergency Transfer Objective for the Delivery Year, as determined by the Office of the Interconnection in connection with preparation of the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan, less the minimum internal resources required for all FRR Entities in such Locational Deliverability Area.

Statement of Compliance means the statement forming part of a Tender indicating the Bidders compliance with the Specification.

Substantial compliance means a level of compliance with these rules where any deficiencies pose no greater risk to resident health or safety than the potential for causing minor harm.
Compliance Plan means the compliance obligations, program, and procedures described in this Consent Decree at paragraph 13.

Item of Noncompliance means Xxxxxxx’s acts or omissions that: (1) violate a provision of the Contract; (2) fail to ensure adequate performance of the Project; (3) represent a failure of Grantee to be responsive to a request of HHSC relating to the Project under the Contract.
Program Requirements means that Partner has to fulfill certain program requirements as described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model and the PartnerEdge Program Guide.
