Demonstration Samples definition

Demonstration Samples means BEMA-based products, lacking API, used to demonstrate the manner in which the BEMA Fentanyl Product is packaged and used, and labeled “demonstration samples, for demonstration purposes only,” as such product(s) is(are) further described in the Product Specifications and Packaging Specifications.
Demonstration Samples means Units, absent their applicable active ingredient, used to demonstrate the manner in which the Product is prepared and used, and labeled “demonstration samples, for demonstration purposes only, not for human use.”
Demonstration Samples means Units, lacking fentanyl, used to demonstrate the manner in which the Licensed Product is prepared and used, and labeled “demonstration samples, for demonstration purposes only” or with some materially similar phrase or disclaimer.

Examples of Demonstration Samples in a sentence

  • LTS shall use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to deliver the BEMA Fentanyl Product and Demonstration Samples in accordance with all Orders made in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Meda covenants and agrees that it shall comply with all Applicable Laws affecting the use, possession, distribution, advertising and all forms of promotion in connection with the sale and distribution of the Licensed Products and the Demonstration Samples in the Territory.

  • For clarity, BDSI’s or its Affiliates’ purchase of Licensed Products or Demonstration Samples in the Territory and its or their subsequent sale and export of such Licensed Products or Demonstration Samples to BDSI’s Affiliates or Third Parties located outside of the Territory for purposes of enabling the sale and/or use of such products outside the Territory are included within the scope of BDSI’s retained rights set forth in clause (ii) above.

  • Collegium covenants and agrees that it shall comply in all material respects with all Applicable Laws affecting the use, possession, distribution, advertising and all forms of promotion in connection with its sale and distribution of the Licensed Products and Demonstration Samples in the Territory following the NDA Assignment.

  • Demonstration Samples shall be sold by Atrix to Sanofi-Synthelabo at the Atrix Manufacturing Cost for such Demonstration Samples.

  • For clarity, BDSI’s or its Affiliates’ purchase of BEMA Fentanyl Products, Competing Products, or Demonstration Samples in the Territory and its or their subsequent sale and export of such BEMA Fentanyl Products, Competing Products, or Demonstration Samples to BDSI’s Affiliates or Third Parties located outside of the Territory for purposes of enabling the sale and/or use of such products outside the Territory are included within the scope of BDSI’s retained rights set forth in clause (ii) above.

  • Arius covenants and agrees that it shall comply with all Applicable Laws affecting the use, possession, distribution, advertising and all forms of promotion in connection with the sale and distribution of the Products and the Demonstration Samples in the Territory.

  • Subject to the terms hereof, Sanofi-Synthelabo agrees to purchase exclusively from Atrix, and Atrix agrees to Manufacture for, and sell exclusively to Sanofi-Synthelabo during the Term of this Agreement, Sanofi-Synthelabo's total requirements for the Product and the Demonstration Samples in the Territory on the terms and conditions set forth herein.

Related to Demonstration Samples

  • Demonstration means a show, seminar, or contest in which barber services are rendered for the purpose of educating barbers.

  • Demonstration project means one of the following projects:

  • Biological Samples means any physical samples obtained from Study Participants in accordance with the Protocol for the purposes of the Study.

  • Drug Substance means an active ingredient that is intended to furnish pharmacological activity or other direct effect in the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease or to affect the structure or any function of the human body, but does not include intermediates used in the synthesis of such ingredient.

  • Drug sample means a unit of a prescription drug that is not intended to be sold and is intended to promote the sale of the drug.

  • cGMP means current Good Manufacturing Practices as specified in the United States Code of Federal Regulations, ICH Guideline Q7A, or equivalent laws, rules, or regulations of an applicable Regulatory Authority at the time of manufacture.

  • Drug use test means a scientifically substantiated method to test for the presence of illegal or performance-enhancing drugs or the metabolites thereof in a person’s urine.

  • health and safety specification means a site, activity or project specific document prepared by the client pertaining to all health and safety requirements related to construction work;

  • API means the American Petroleum Institute.

  • Samples mean representative physical examples of materials, equipment or workmanship, used to confirm compliance with requirements and/or to establish standards for use in execution of the Work.

  • Locational Deliverability Area Reliability Requirement means the projected internal capacity in the Locational Deliverability Area plus the Capacity Emergency Transfer Objective for the Delivery Year, as determined by the Office of the Interconnection in connection with preparation of the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan, less the minimum internal resources required for all FRR Entities in such Locational Deliverability Area.

  • Test means such test as is prescribed by the particulars or considered necessary by the Inspecting Officer whether performed or made by the Inspecting Officer or any agency acting under the direction of the Inspecting Officer;

  • Product Specifications means the specifications, features and/or terms of any "Contract" (as defined in the LME Rules) listed for trading on the LME, as described in the LME Rules;

  • Web Site Accessibility Standards/Specifications means standards contained in Title 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 206.

  • Batch means a specific quantity of Product that is intended to be of uniform character and quality, within specified limits, and is produced during the same cycle of Manufacture as defined by the applicable Batch Record.

  • Clinical nurse specialist means a registered nurse with relevant post-basic qualifications and 12 months’ experience working in the clinical area of his/her specified post-basic qualification, or a minimum of four years’ post-basic registration experience, including three years’ experience in the relevant specialist field and who satisfies the local criteria.

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;

  • Product Specification means a product specification for a Medical Device set out in Schedule 2;

Gravity, Reid vapor pressure, composition, pour point, water and sediment content, sulfur content, viscosity, distillation, hydrogen sulfide, flash/boiling point and other characteristics as may be required by Carrier.

  • Clean coal technology demonstration project means a project using funds appropriated under the heading “Department of Energy—Clean Coal Technology,” up to a total amount of $2,500,000,000 for commercial demonstration of clean coal technology, or similar projects funded through appropriations for the Environmental Protection Agency. The federal contribution for a qualifying project shall be at least 20 percent of the total cost of the demonstration project.

  • Finished Product means a cannabis product in its final form to be sold at a retail premises.

  • Manufacturing Process means any process for—

  • Drug test means a test designed to detect the illegal use of a controlled substance.

  • Contract Specifications means the principal trading terms in CFD (for example Spread, Swaps, Lot Size, Initial Margin, Necessary Margin, Hedged Margin, the minimum level for placing Stop Loss, Take Profit and Limit Orders, financing charges, charges etc) for each type of CFD as determined by the Company from time to time.
