Demonstrator Vehicle definition

Demonstrator Vehicle means an unregistered vehicle from the 1997 or 1998 model year which has been used and operated by Seller on dealer plates for sales demonstration purposes. "Used Vehicle" shall mean any vehicle which is not a "new vehicle", a 'demonstrator vehicle" or a "rollback vehicle" as defined in the three preceding sentences.

Demonstrator Vehicle means a Floorplan Vehicle (other than a Used Vehicle or a Rental Vehicle) which in addition to being available for sale is also to be used for demonstration purposes and/or as a courtesy and/or business support vehicle by Polestar in the ordinary course of its business and which is designated as such by Polestar to VCFSUK via APAK;

Demonstrator Vehicle means a motor vehicle that has been used by a dealer for the purpose of exemplifying motor vehicles, other than second-hand motor vehicles, of the same model as that vehicle to prospective purchasers;
Demonstrator Vehicle means any Honda, Cadillac and Oldsmobile vehicle which: (i) is from the 1996 or 1997 model year, and (ii) either is registered in the name of Seller (and is being used by a third party which has received use of the vehicle in exchange for the advertising credit) or is registered in the name of a third party which has received use of the vehicle in exchange for advertising credit or (iii) is utilized by Seller or its employees and has not been sold at retail. "Used Vehicle" shall mean any vehicle which is not a new vehicle, a program vehicle or a demonstrator vehicle.
Demonstrator Vehicle or “Demonstrator” shall mean a New Vehicle or Used Vehicle that (a) is designated by the applicable Loan Party as a demonstrator or demonstration Vehicle (b) has not been previously titled (other than to a Loan Party in accordance with applicable law), and (c) is the then current model year or last model year.
Demonstrator Vehicle. A Vehicle which has never been titled and has 500 or more miles; provided, however, that a Vehicle shall cease to be a Demonstrator Vehicle on June 30 of the calendar year following its model year.
