Department of Energy Decommissioning and Decontamination Fees definition

Department of Energy Decommissioning and Decontamination Fees means all fees related to the Department of Energy's Special Assessment of utilities for the Uranium Enrichment Decontamination and Decommissioning Funds pursuant to Sections 1801, 1802 and 1803 of the Atomic Energy Act and the Department of Energy's implementing regulations at 10 C.F.R. Part 766, or any similar fees assessed under amended or superseding statutes or regulations applicable to separative work units purchased from the Department of Energy in order to decontaminate and decommission the Department of Energy's gaseous diffusion enrichment facilities.
