Dependant non classified means a person who is aged 18–20 of age who does not have a spouse or partner.
Dependant non classified means a dependant person who is between the ages of 18 and 20 who does not have a spouse or partner.
Dependant non student means a dependant person who is between the ages of 21 and 31
Classified employee means an employee in the classified service, or an employee currently on leave from the classified service in accordance with established Merit Rules governing leave.
Classified service means all employment positions in the City that are not excluded by ordinance, City Charter or State law from the provisions of Seattle Municipal Code Chapter 4.04 or the Personnel Rules adopted pursuant thereto.

Participating Certified Nurse Practitioner means a Certified Nurse Practitioner who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
Eligible patient means an individual who meets all of the following conditions:
income-related employment and support allowance means an income-related allowance under Part 1 of the Welfare Reform Act 2007;
Disabled means a grantee who (i) is unable to engage in any substantial gainful activity by reason of any medically determinable physical or mental impairment that can be expected to result in death or can be expected to last for a continuous period of not less than 12 months, or (ii) is, by reason of any medically determinable physical or mental impairment that can be expected to result in death or can be expected to last for a continuous period of not less than 12 months, receiving income replacement benefits for a period of not less than three months under an accident and health plan covering employees of the Company or its Subsidiaries.
Professional employee means an employee who holds a position for which a certificate issued by the New Jersey State Board of Examiners is required.
