Deposited Moneys to be Held in Trust. All moneys or Governmental Obligations deposited with the Trustee pursuant to Sections 11.01 or 11.02 shall be held in trust and shall be available for payment as due, either directly or through any paying agent (including the Company acting as its own paying agent), to the holders of the particular series of Securities for the payment or redemption of which such moneys or Governmental Obligations have been deposited with the Trustee.

Notwithstanding anything in Section 3.02 to the contrary, the Trustee will deliver or pay to the Company from time to time upon the request of the Company any money or Government Obligations held by it as provided in Section 3.02 which, in the opinion of a nationally-recognized firm of independent public accountants, expressed in a written certification thereof delivered to the Trustee (which may be the opinion delivered under Section 3.02(b)(i)), are in excess of the amount thereof that would then be required to be deposited to effect an equivalent Covenant Defeasance.
