With respect to any Payment Date and any Lease Vehicle with respect to which the Disposition Date occurred during such Related Month, the “Final Base Rent” with respect to any such Lease Vehicle for such Payment Date shall be an amount equal to the pro rata portion (based upon the number of days in such Related Month that were included in the Vehicle Term for such Lease Vehicle) of the Depreciation Charge for such Lease Vehicle as of such Disposition Date, calculated on a 30/360 day basis.
With respect to any Payment Date and any Lease Vehicle, the “Monthly Base Rent” with respect to such Lease Vehicle for such Payment Date shall equal the pro rata portion (based upon the number of days in the Related Month with respect to such Payment Date that were included in the Vehicle Term for such Lease Vehicle) of the Depreciation Charge for such Lease Vehicle as of the last day of such Related Month calculated on a 30/360 day basis.
Within fifty (50) days following the end of each such quarter, JSG shall pay to SharkNinja the Depreciation Charge for the preceding quarter.
If such charge is expressed as a percentage, the Depreciation Charge for such Master Collateral Vehicle for such day shall be such percentage multiplied by the Capitalized Cost for such Master Collateral Vehicle.
Within 5 (five) Business Days of redesignating a Vehicle in accordance with Clause 25 (Redesignation Events), the Lessor shall notify the Lessee in writing thereof and provide information to the Lessee, the Transaction Agent , the FleetCo Security Agent and the Central Servicer showing the revised Depreciation Charge per calendar month in respect of such Vehicle to enable the Central Servicer to prepare an updated FleetCo Cash Management and Lease Report pursuant to the terms of the Framework Agreement.
