Desert Passage definition

Desert Passage means a high-end themed entertainment shopping mall with a gross leasable area of approximately 450,000 square feet.
Desert Passage is defined in clause (b) of the fourth recital of the Credit Agreement.
Desert Passage shall have the meaning set forth in the Preliminary Statements.

  • Existing Contamination means any Contamination present on, or under, the Site as of the execution date of this Contract.

  • Generating Company means any company or body corporate or association or body of individuals, whether incorporated or not, or artificial juridical person, which owns or operates or maintains a generating station;

  • Watertight means capable of preventing the passage of water through the structure in any direction under a head of water for which the surrounding structure is designed.
