Design Activities definition

Design Activities means the design of work defined in the approved planning document that will result in plans and specifications, ready for permitting and bidding, for an eligible construction project.

  • The Project Sponsor shall provide access to offices and other sites where Planning and Design Activities or Project work (if financed by this Loan) is ongoing, or has been performed, to authorized representatives of the Department at any reasonable time.

Related to Design Activities

  • Intrascholastic Activities means athletic or non-athletic/academic activities where students compete with students from within the same school.

  • Interscholastic Activities means athletic or non-athletic/academic activities where students compete on a school vs. school basis.

  • Project Services means architectural, engineering services, land surveying, construction management at-risk services, ancillary technical services or other construction-related services determined by the board to be required by the project.

  • Extracurricular activities means: a voluntary activity sponsored by the school or local education agency or an organization sanctioned by the local education agency. Extracurricular activities include, but are not limited to, preparation for and involvement in public performances, contests, athletic competitions, demonstrations, displays, and club activities.

  • The Services means those services ancillary to the supply of the Goods, such as transportation and insurance, and any other incidental services, such as installation, commissioning, provision of technical assistance, training, and other such obligations of the Supplier covered under the Contract.
