Design Checker definition

Design Checker or “Lead Design Checker" means a suitably qualified person(s) or consulting firms appointed by the Contractor to check the Design and Temporary Works.
Design Checker or “Lead Design Checker" means a suitably qualified person(s)(in house or consulting firm) appointed by the Contractor to check the design of Permanent/ Temporary Works.
Design Checker means any person, company or firm appointed by the Contractor in accordance with the Employer’s Requirements to perform the duties set forth in Clause 2(2).
