Designated Branches definition

Designated Branches means such branches of the SCSBs which shall collect the ASBA Forms, a list of which is available on the website of SEBI at xxxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxx.xx/sebiweb/other/XxxxxXxxxxx.xx?doRecognised=yes or at such other website as may be prescribed by SEBI from time to time;
Designated Branches means those branches of the SCSBs which shall collect the Application Form or the plain paper application, as the case may be in physical form;
Designated Branches means such branches of the SCSBs which may collect the Bid cum Application Form used by Bidders (other than Anchor Investors), a list of which is available at the website of the SEBI (xxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxx.xx/sebiweb/home/list/5/33/0/0/Recognised-Intermediaries) and updated from time to time;

Examples of Designated Branches in a sentence

  • For physical Applications through ASBA at Designated Branches of SCSB, signatures should be either in English or Hindi or in any other language specified in the Eighth Schedule to the Constitution of India.

  • Submit the form physically with the Designated Branches (DBs) of the SCSB (“Physical ASBA”); or b.

  • For details of the Designated Branches which shall collect Application Forms, please refer to the above-mentioned SEBI link.

More Definitions of Designated Branches

Designated Branches means such branches of the SCSBs which shall collect the Applications, as the case may be, used by the Investors and a list of which is available on the website of SEBI and/or such other website(s) as may be prescribed by the SEBI from time to time
Designated Branches means those of the Branches that are to be purchased by or otherwise transferred to the Purchaser, as identified on Schedule 1.1(c) --------------- hereto.

  • Authorized Branches means those Branches of Distributors or Distribution Companies which are allowed by the Management Company to deal in Units of the Funds managed by the Management Company.

  • Branches means Branches of ICICI Bank UK PLC in the United Kingdom.

  • Participating Financial Institution means a financial institution participating in Interac e-Transfer Services, Online Payment Services, or Western Union Services, as the case may be.

  • Designated Financial Institution shall have the meaning specified in Section 14.12(a).

  • Designated Location means the agreed physical location identified in the applicable Notification Form at which where the server-based portion of the Application Software resides.

  • Qualified Financial Institution means, at any time, a financial institution organized under the laws of any jurisdiction in the United States of America or Europe that at such time has outstanding debt obligations with a stated maturity of one year or less from the date of issue and rated A-1 or higher by Standard & Poor’s, a division of The McGraw Hill Companies, Inc., Ratings Group (or any successor) or P-1 or higher by Moody’s Investors Service, Inc. (or any successor) or, in either case, such other comparable rating, if any, then used by such rating agency.

  • Lender Affiliate means, (a) with respect to any Lender, (i) an Affiliate of such Lender or (ii) any entity (whether a corporation, partnership, trust or otherwise) that is engaged in making, purchasing, holding or otherwise investing in bank loans and similar extensions of credit in the ordinary course of its business and is administered or managed by a Lender or an Affiliate of such Lender and (b) with respect to any Lender that is a fund which invests in bank loans and similar extensions of credit, any other fund that invests in bank loans and similar extensions of credit and is managed by the same investment advisor as such Lender or by an Affiliate of such investment advisor.

  • Eligible Financial Institution means, as of the date of any assignment as contemplated in Section 8.07(a)(i), a commercial bank or financial institution (i) with a credit rating on its long-term senior unsecured debt of either (a) “AA-” or better from S&P or (b) “Aa3” or better from Xxxxx’x; and (ii) having shareholders' equity of not less than $5,000,000,000.

  • Financial institution means a Bank, Development Finance Institution, Non Banking Finance Company, Modaraba or an institution registered under relevant laws to provide financial services within or outside Pakistan.

  • regulated financial institution means a state or nationally chartered bank, savings and loan association or savings bank, credit union, trust company, or other state or federally chartered lending institution or a regulated affiliate or regulated subsidiary of any of these entities.

  • Canadian financial institution means (i) an association governed by the Cooperative Credit Associations Act (Canada) or a central cooperative credit society for which an order has been made under section 473(1) of that Act, or (ii) a bank, loan corporation, trust company, trust corporation, insurance company, treasury branch, credit union, caisse populaire, financial services cooperative, or league that, in each case, is authorized by an enactment of Canada or a jurisdiction of Canada to carry on business in Canada or a jurisdiction of Canada;

  • Ineligible Institution has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.04(b).
