Designated client representative definition

Designated client representative means an affiliated licensee appointed by the
Designated client representative means any person, including a treating health care professional, authorized in writing by the Member or the Member's legal guardian to represent his or her interests related to complaints or appeals about health care benefits and services as defined at 10 C.C.R. 2505-10, Section 8.209.2.
