Designated coordinator definition

Designated coordinator means a person appointed by a board under s. DHS 62.04 (5) who has completed the driver assessment training described under s. DHS 62.05 (3), and who is knowledgeable in the psychopharmacology of substances, addic- tion and addiction treatment, and sentencing and other procedures relating to violations of ss. 343.305 (3), 346.63, 940.09, or 940.25, Stats.
Designated coordinator means the explicit point of contact designated by “the Parties” for this Agreement. The Designated Coordinators are identified in Section D of this Agreement. WAPA’s Designated Coordinator shall be the appropriate Operations or Transmission Services Manager. Only the Licensee Designated Coordinator may designate a Licensee Designee in accordance with this Agreement.
Designated coordinator means the representative or his nominee referred to in Schedule 8 as varied from time to time by notification by one Party to the other, who shall issue and receive notices as required by this Agreement for the respective Parties and who shall generally ensure effective communications between the parties.
