Designated Disposal Site definition

Designated Disposal Site means a disposal site designated and approved by the County of Northumberland;
Designated Disposal Site means the disposal facility to which the Company is directed by the City from time to time in accordance with Section 6.2.
Designated Disposal Site means the facility or facilities utilized for the landfill Disposal of Solid Waste, which shall be the Ox Mountain Sanitary Landfill near Half Moon Bay, unless and until the Authority designates a different or additional site.

More Definitions of Designated Disposal Site

Designated Disposal Site means the location or facility designated by the Town for disposal of solid waste, bulky waste and/or recyclables generated within the town, including any other site as may be temporarily substituted or required by the Authority.
Designated Disposal Site and “Disposal Site” means the facility or facilities designated by the City for the disposal of Garbage as specified in Section 4.7.A.
Designated Disposal Site means those permitted Municipal Waste disposal or processing facilities designated from time to time by the Executive Director consistent with the terms and conditions of the Plan.

The Designated Disposal Facility is the Cold Canyon Landfill as the primary, owned and operated by Waste Connections and located at 0000 Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Rd, San Luis Obispo, CA 93401, and Chicago Grade Landfill, or the Santa Xxxxx Landfill, as alternatives.
Designated Disposal Site has the meaning specified in subsection 8.3(B).
