Designated Disposal Facility means the facility designated by the County Contract Manager to

More Definitions of Designated Disposal Facility

Designated Disposal Facility means the facility designated by the Town for receipt of all Solid Waste, Bulk Waste and Yard Waste collected within the Town that is capable of being processed at the Designated Disposal Facility.

Designated Disposal Facility means the Disposal Facility (ies), including the sites, buildings, equipment and supplies which Contractor shall utilize to perform the Work set forth herein, and designated by Contractor in Exhibit “C” (as Exhibit “C” may be subsequently amended to reflect additional Disposal Facility(ies) offered by Contractor and accepted by the City) and approved by the City’s Act 101 Plan for the final disposal of Municipal Solid Waste under this Agreement. Designated Transfer Station shall mean the Transfer Station(s), including the sites, buildings, equipment, and supplies which Contractor shall utilize to perform the Work set forth herein, as designated by Contractor in Exhibit “C” (as Exhibit “C” may be subsequently amended to reflect additional Transfer Station(s) offered by Contractor and accepted by the City) and approved by the City’s Act 101 Plan for the final disposal of Municipal Solid Waste under this Agreement.
Designated Disposal Facility means the landfill disposal facility or facilities with which the Authority has entered into an agreement for Solid Waste disposal, as such facility(ies) may change from time to time. As of the Effective Date of this Agreement, the Designated Disposal Facility is the Dry Creek Landfill.
