The failure by the Contractor, unless specifically excused in writing by the County Contract Manager, to deliver to the Designated Disposal Facility: i) Solid Waste Collected by the Contractor; and/or, ii) Residual Waste from in-County Processing facilities or other Processing facilities receiving Franchised Materials.
