Designated Footprint definition

Designated Footprint means all of the State of New York, except for the following counties: Bronx, Kings, Nassau, New York, Xxxxxx, Queens, Richmond, Rockland, Suffolk and Westchester.
Designated Footprint means those areas that are within five (5) miles of any of the Banking Centers.
Designated Footprint means the Los Angeles metropolitan statistical area.
