Designated Grade definition

Designated Grade means an established grade of Canada Grain Commission or other specification, assigned by AFSC to an Annual Crop.
Designated Grade means the grade known as “Choice”, based on "greenness" score as determined by AFSC.

Examples of Designated Grade in a sentence

  • The grade of production fed prior to AFSC taking a sample will be deemed to be Designated Grade.

  • Allowance for Low Yield will be applied to the Harvested Production adjusted for dockage, moisture, grade relative to Designated Grade, Volunteer Production, and production due to Uninsured Cause of Loss.

  • Production that is not graded according to Canadian Grain Commission standards will have AFSC’s Designated Grade applied.

  • If Xxxxxxx Xxx is sold prior to AFSC taking representatives samples, there will be no grade adjustment applied, grade will be set at Designated Grade known as “Choice”.

  • Malting is an end use for barley and the Designated Grade is the same as barley at 1CW.

More Definitions of Designated Grade

Designated Grade for Xxxxxxx Xxx means the grade known as choice, based on "greenness" colour analysis score (> 60 to 80) from the TrueGrade HayScan system technology, or other method or specification determined by AFSC.
Designated Grade for Timothy Hay means the CHA Grade known as Choice, or other specification assigned by
Designated Grade means the grade or other specification for an insured crop as assigned by Agricorp.

Related to Designated Grade

  • Finished grade means the approved elevation of ground surface of lands upon which fill has been placed in accordance with this By-law;

  • Established Grade means that grade established by the City for the particular area in which a sidewalk is to be constructed.

  • Passing grade means work of such character that credit would be entered on the records were the semester to close at that time.

  • Pay grade means the monthly salary applicable to class titles of service personnel;

  • Investment Grade means a rating of Baa3 or better by Moody’s (or its equivalent under any successor rating categories of Moody’s); a rating of BBB- or better by S&P (or its equivalent under any successor rating categories of S&P); and the equivalent investment grade credit rating from any additional Rating Agency or Rating Agencies selected by the Company.

  • Highest adjacent grade means the highest natural elevation of the ground surface prior to construction next to the proposed walls of a structure.

  • Highest Adjacent Grade (HAG means the highest natural elevation of the ground surface, prior to construction, immediately next to the proposed walls of the structure.

  • Investment Grade Credit Rating means (i) a Credit Rating of Baa3 or higher given by Xxxxx’x, (ii) a Credit Rating of BBB- or higher given by S&P or (iii) a Credit Rating of BBB- or higher given by Fitch.

  • Designated Rating means, for a security or instrument, a rating issued by a designated rating organization, or its DRO affiliate, that is at or above one of the following rating categories, or that is at or above a category that replaces one of the following rating categories, if

  • Lowest Adjacent Grade (LAG means the elevation of the ground, sidewalk or patio slab immediately next to the building, or deck support, after completion of the building.

  • Existing grade means the grade prior to grading.

  • Highest Rating Category means, with respect to a Permitted Investment, that the Permitted Investment is rated by S&P or Moody’s in the highest rating category given by that rating agency for that general category of security. By way of example, the Highest Rating Category for tax exempt municipal debt established by S&P is “A 1+” for debt with a term of one year or less and “AAA” for a term greater than one year, with corresponding ratings by Moody’s of “MIG 1” (for fixed rate) or “VMIG 1” (for variable rate) for three months or less and “Aaa” for greater than three months. If at any time (i) both S&P and Moody’s rate a Permitted Investment and (ii) one of those ratings is below the Highest Rating Category, then such Permitted Investment will, nevertheless, be deemed to be rated in the Highest Rating Category if the lower rating is no more than one rating category below the highest rating category of that rating agency. For example, a Permitted Investment rated “AAA” by S&P and “Aa3” by Moody’s is rated in the Highest Rating Category. If, however, the lower rating is more than one full rating category below the Highest Rating Category of that Rating Agency, then the Permitted Investment will be deemed to be rated below the Highest Rating Category. For example, a Permitted Investment rated “AAA” by S&P and “A1” by Moody’s is not rated in the Highest Rating Category.

  • Rating Point means the V&H coordinates associated with a particular telephone number for rating purposes.

  • Approved Ratings Threshold means each of the S&P Approved Ratings Threshold and the Moody’s First Trigger Ratings Threshold.

  • S&P Approved Ratings Threshold means, with respect to Party A, the guarantor under an Eligible Guarantee, or an Eligible Replacement, a short-term unsecured and unsubordinated debt rating of “A-1” from S&P, or, if such entity does not have a short-term unsecured and unsubordinated debt rating from S&P, a long-term unsecured and unsubordinated debt rating or counterparty rating of “A+” from S&P.

  • Acceptable Credit Rating means a minimum long term credit rating of either BBB from Standard & Poors or Baa2 from Xxxxx’x; Access Undertaking means:

  • Grade means the average level of finished ground adjoining a building or structure at all exterior walls;

  • Investment Grade Account Debtor means an Account Debtor that, at the time of determination, has a corporate credit rating and/or family rating, as applicable, of BBB- or higher by S&P or Baa3 or higher by Moody’s.

  • Gross vehicle weight rating means the value specified by the manufacturer as the loaded weight of a single vehicle; and

  • Mxxxx’x Rating means, with respect to a Reference Obligation, as of any date of determination:

  • Initial Rating With respect to the Secured Notes, the rating or ratings, if any, indicated in Section 2.3.

  • Required Deposit Rating means the short-term credit rating of the related entity is at least equal to P-1 by Moody's, A-1+ by Standard & Poor's and F1 by Fitch.

  • Xxxxx’x Rating means, at any time, the rating issued by Xxxxx’x and then in effect with respect to the Borrower’s senior unsecured long-term debt securities without third-party credit enhancement.

  • Rating Category means one of the generic rating categories of any Rating Agency without regard to any refinement or gradation of such rating by a numerical modifier or otherwise.

  • S&P Rating means, at any time, the rating issued by S&P and then in effect with respect to the Borrower’s senior unsecured long-term public debt securities without third-party credit enhancement (it being understood that if the Borrower does not have any outstanding debt securities of the type described above but has an indicative rating from S&P for debt securities of such type, then such indicative rating shall be used for determining the “S&P Rating”).

  • Maximum Concentration Level Assessment means the Maximum Concentration Level Assessment for the purposes of a Basic Comprehensive Certificate of Approval, described in the Basic Comprehensive User Guide, prepared by a Toxicologist using currently available toxicological information, that demonstrates that the concentration at any Point of Impingement for a Compound of Concern that does not have a Ministry Point of Impingement Limit is not likely to cause an adverse effect as defined by the EPA. The concentration at Point of Impingement for a Compound of Concern must be calculated in accordance with O. Reg. 419/05.
