Designated Named Windstorm Annual Aggregate Limit means an amount equal to the product of the Designated Named Windstorm Occurrence insurance limit per occurrence for the Named Insured and a factor1 to be determined by the Board of Directors prior to the end of any calendar year as respects the following calendar year(s).
