Designated Regions definition

Designated Regions means all counties, cities, states and countries throughout the world in which the Company consults, designs, develops, manufactures, sells and or distributes any hardware and/or software elements used in (i) chipsets for cellular and/or wireless applications that utilize PDC, GSM, CDMA, TDMA and/or 3G technologies extending such standards for such applications, (ii) cellular and/or wireless phone handsets for cellular and/or
Designated Regions means all counties, cities, states and countries throughout the world in which the Company consults, designs, develops, manufactures, sells and or
Designated Regions means all counties, cities, states and countries throughout the world in which Davidson distributes its products. Razboff hereby acknowledges and agrees that Davidson has heretofore conducted Business in various places throughout the world, and that any Competing Business throughout the world in such places shall be competitive with the Business. Razboff also expressly agrees that, should a court of competent jurisdiction determine that the Designated Regions are broader than may be permitted under applicable law, such court shall nevertheless enforce this Covenant in the broadest geographical areas permitted by such applicable law as provided under Section 9 of this Covenant.

Examples of Designated Regions in a sentence

  • The DISTRIBUTOR’s Designated Regions for the use of these products is area South and West of Corpus Christi.

  • For purposes of this Covenant, "Designated Regions" shall mean all counties, cities, states and countries throughout the world in which Davidson distributes its products.

Related to Designated Regions

  • Rural health clinic means a rural health clinic as defined under section 1861 of part C of title XVIII of the social security act, chapter 531, 49 Stat. 620, 42 U.S.C. 1395x, and certified to participate in medicaid and medicare.

  • Offering Date means a date selected by the Board for an Offering to commence.

  • Marketing program means a program established by order of the director pursuant to this act prescribing rules and regulations governing the marketing for processing, distributing, selling, or handling an agricultural commodity produced in this state or agricultural commodity input during a specified period and

  • Tobacco product means any substance containing tobacco leaf, including but not limited to, cigarettes, cigars, pipe tobacco, hookah tobacco, snuff, chewing tobacco, dipping tobacco, bidis, blunts, clove cigarettes, or any other preparation of tobacco; and any product or formulation of matter containing biologically active amounts of nicotine that is manufactured, sold, offered for sale, or otherwise distributed with the expectation that the product or matter will be introduced into the human body by inhalation; but does not include any cessation product specifically approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for use in treating nicotine or tobacco dependence.

  • Designated Products means products provided by Motorola to Licensee with which or for which the Software and Documentation is licensed for use.

  • Automatic Route Selection or “ARS” means a service feature associated with a specific grouping of lines that provides for automatic selection of the least expensive or most appropriate transmission facility for each call based on criteria programmed into the system.

  • Initial Enrollment Period means one of the following periods during which you may first enroll for coverage under this plan:

  • Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC)” means a telephone company certificated by the Commission to provide local Exchange Service within AT&T-21STATE’s franchised area.

  • Initial Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(b).
