Destination Stanox means a numeric reference used in Network Rail systems to describe the physical location, either part of the Network or a facility adjoining the Network, to which the Service will be Planned to operate;

  • Tourism destination project means a qualified non-gaming

  • Initial Registration Statement means the initial Registration Statement filed pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Tanker in relation to chapter 4 means an oil tanker as defined in MARPOL Annex I, regulation 1 or a chemical tanker or an NLS tanker as defined in MARPOL Annex II, regulation 1.
