Detailed Designs definition

Detailed Designs means any information submitted under paragraph 4(1);
Detailed Designs the detailed design for the Construction Works, which is to be prepared by the Facility Operator and reviewed and approved by the Independent Certifier, in terms of clause Error! Reference source not found. (performance of Preliminary Design and Detailed Design) and the Detailed Design Procedure;
Detailed Designs means the plans, specifications and drawings that the Contractor is required to provide pursuant to Section 5.9 of the DBFO Agreement;

Examples of Detailed Designs in a sentence

  • By submitting the Detailed Designs and Drawings for review to the Licensor/ PMC, the Licensee shall be deemed to have represented that it has determined and verified that the Detailed Project Report (DPR), Designs and Drawings are in conformity with the Scope of the Project, Specifications and Standards, Applicable Laws and Good Industry Practice.

  • The Contractor shall provide to the Province all Detailed Designs, Contractor's Management Systems and Plans, and Contractor's Construction Schedule not submitted as part of, or amended since, the Contractor's Proposal, and the following procedure shall apply.

  • Subject to any Change Orders, the Contractor shall prepare all of the Detailed Designs and plans necessary for the construction of the Project or the performance of the M&R, or, if applicable, necessary in connection with any Modification, in accordance with the Technical Requirements.

  • Detailed Designs and Detailed Technical Specifications for given Facility shall be complete in terms of scope, form and design solutions adopted in in keeping with the Contract, the Building Permit, the Building Design and the General Technical Specification, binding provisions of the law and shall be prepared to contain any elements providing sufficient and adequate grounds for the implementation of construction works and of the outstanding scope of Works and erection of Appliances and Materials.

  • Authors’ Supervision within the scope of compliance of the completion of Works with the Detailed Designs shall be provided by Contractor’s Design Engineer.

  • Within the time limits indicated in the Framework Schedule, the Contractor shall complete with due diligence the Detailed Designs and Detailed Technical Specifications; The acceptance of completed Detailed Designs and Detailed Technical Specifications shall take place separately for each Facility, in keeping with the Framework Schedule; The Employer shall not be vested with the obligation to verify the correctness of the Documentation.

  • The Contractor shall not commence or permit the commencement of construction of any part of the Project or the performance of any part of the M&R, or, if applicable, the commencement of construction in connection with any Modification, until five Business Days following the Province's receipt of all Detailed Designs, certificates, Contractor’s Management Systems and Plans, and the Contractor’s Construction Schedule, each as are relevant to and are required in respect of such part of the Project or the M&R.

Related to Detailed Designs

  • Developed Software means software specifically designed for the Principal under the Contract. Depending how advanced its development is, it may be either a Product or a Service or both.

  • Application Programming Interface or “API” means the application programming interface materials and related documentation containing all data and information to allow skilled Software developers to create Software interfaces that interface or interact with other specified Software.

  • Project designer means a person who designs any of the following activities with respect to RACM in a facility:

  • Development Application means the development application identified in Item 5 of Schedule 1 and includes all plans, reports models, photomontages, material boards (as amended supplemented) submitted to the consent authority before the determination of that Development Application.

  • Designs means your plans, layouts, specifications, drawings and designs for the proposed furnishings, fixtures, equipment, signs and décor of the Hotel that use and incorporate the Standards.

  • Research record means any data, document, computer file, computer diskette, or any other written or non-written account or object that reasonably may be expected to provide evidence or information regarding the proposed, conducted, or reported research that constitutes the subject of an allegation of research misconduct. A research record includes, but is not limited to, grant or contract applications, whether funded or unfunded; grant or contract progress and other reports; laboratory notebooks; notes; correspondence; videos; photographs; X-ray film; slides; biological materials; computer files and printouts; manuscripts and publications; equipment use logs; laboratory procurement records; animal facility records; human and animal subject protocols; consent forms; medical charts; and patient research files.

  • Natural channel design concepts means the utilization of engineering analysis and fluvial geomorphic processes to create, rehabilitate, restore, or stabilize an open conveyance system for the purpose of creating or recreating a stream that conveys its bankfull storm event within its banks and allows larger flows to access its bankfull bench and its floodplain.

  • Program Materials means the documents and information provided by the Program Administrator specifying the qualifying EEMs, technology requirements, costs and other Program requirements, which include, without limitation, program guidelines and requirements, application forms and approval letters.

  • Developed Materials means Materials created, made, or developed by Contractor or Subcontractors, either solely or jointly with the Court or Court Contractors, in the course of providing the Work under this Agreement, and all Intellectual Property Rights therein and thereto, including, without limitation, (i) all work-in-process, data or information, (ii) all modifications, enhancements and derivative works made to Contractor Materials, and (iii) all Deliverables; provided, however, that Developed Materials do not include Contractor Materials.

  • Schematic Design Documents means drawings prepared by the Trade Contractor that illustrate the scale and relationship of the various Trade Contractor Work components and which also contain square footage and volume calculations for the building interior spaces, building exterior spaces, and major architectural and interior finishes.

  • Training Materials means any and all materials, documentation, notebooks, forms, diagrams, manuals and other written materials and tangible objects, describing how to maintain the Facilities, including any corrections, improvements and enhancements thereto to the Bloom Systems which are delivered by Operator to Owner, but excluding any data and reports delivered to Owner.

  • Development Report means a written account of Licensee’s progress under the Development Plan having at least the information specified on Appendix B to this Agreement, and shall be sent to the address specified on Appendix B.

  • Company Proprietary Software means all software owned by the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • Software means computer programs, whether in source code or object code form (including any and all software implementation of algorithms, models and methodologies), databases and compilations (including any and all data and collections of data), and all documentation (including user manuals and training materials) related to the foregoing.

  • Industrial Designs means all right, title and interest (and all related IP Ancillary Rights) arising under any Requirement of Law in or relating to registered industrial designs and industrial design applications.

  • Source-image receptor distance means the distance from the source to the center of the input surface of the image receptor.

  • Discovery Area means that part of the Contract Area about which, based upon Discovery and the results obtained from a Well or Xxxxx drilled in such part, the Contractor is of the opinion that Petroleum exists and is likely to be produced in commercial quantities.

  • Airline Designator Code means the two-characters or three letters, which identify particular air carriers.

  • Commercial computer software means software developed or regularly used for non-governmental purposes which—

  • Universal design means the design of products, environments, programmes and services to be usable by all people, to the greatest extent possible, without the need for adaptation or specialized design. “Universal design” shall not exclude assistive devices for particular groups of persons with disabilities where this is needed.

  • Contractor attributional/proprietary information means information that identifies the contractor(s), whether directly or indirectly, by the grouping of information that can be traced back to the contractor(s) (e.g., program description, facility locations), personally identifiable information, as well as trade secrets, commercial or financial information, or other commercially sensitive information that is not customarily shared outside of the company.

  • Registered design in this Act shall mean a design for which a design registration has been granted.

  • Service Component means certain enabling Software, hardware peripherals and associated documentation which may be separately provided by Symantec as an incidental part of a Service.

  • Commercial Software means Software developed or regularly used that: (i) has been sold, leased, or licensed to the general public; (ii) has been offered for sale, lease, or license to the general public; (iii) has not been offered, sold, leased, or licensed to the public but will be available for commercial sale, lease, or license in time to satisfy the delivery requirements of this Contract; or (iv) satisfies a criterion expressed in (i), (ii), or (iii) above and would require only minor modifications to meet the requirements of this Contract.

  • Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:

  • System Software means Software that provides the operating and management instructions for the underlying hardware and other components, and is identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Systems Software. Such System Software includes, but is not restricted to, micro-code embedded in hardware (i.e., “firmware”), operating systems, communications, system and network management, and utility software.
