Determination Date Certificate definition

Determination Date Certificate means, with respect to any Determination Date and any Series, a report prepared by an officer of the Servicer for such Determination Date as of the end of the most recently completed calendar month, substantially in the form set forth in the related Supplement.
Determination Date Certificate means, with respect to any Determination Date and any Series, a report prepared by a Servicing Officer for such Determination Date as of the end of the immediately preceding month in substantially the form set forth in the related Supplement.
Determination Date Certificate means, with respect to each Determination Date, the certificate(s) prepared by the Collection Agent (or, following a Collection Agent Default, the Program Agent) for such Determination Date as of the end of the most recently completed Month (or such shorter period after the occurrence and during the continuance of an Event of Termination as any Agent or the Borrower may designate), substantially in the form of Annex J hereto.

  • Each Daily Report and Determination Date Certificate delivered by the Servicer pursuant to this Agreement shall be true and correct in all material respects as of the date such report or certificate is delivered.
