Determination Month definition

Determination Month means each calendar month between March 2016 and March 2017, inclusive.
Determination Month means, in respect of each Interest Payment Date, the month specified as such in the applicable Final Terms, which may, without limitation, also be expressed as a specified number of months before or after, as specified in the applicable Final Terms, the relevant Interest Payment Date;
Determination Month shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.8(a).

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, calculations in respect of the first Determination Month shall cover the period of time beginning on the Closing Date and ending on the last day of such Determination Month.

Determination Month shall have the meaning provided in Section 9.10(e).

Related to Determination Month

  • Determination Year means the Plan Year for which testing is being performed, and the “look-back year” means the immediately preceding twelve (12) month period.

  • Proration Month means the month for which capacity is to be allocated under Item 7.

  • Average Monthly Compensation means the quotient determined by dividing the sum of the Employee’s then current Base Salary (as defined in Section 4.1 hereof) and the greater of the most recently paid Incentive Compensation (as defined in Section 4.2 hereof) or the average of Incentive Compensation paid over the three most recent years by twelve.

  • Reset Determination Date means, in respect of the First Reset Period, the second Business Day prior to the First Reset Date and, in respect of each Subsequent Reset Period thereafter, the second Business Day prior to the first day of each such Subsequent Reset Period;

  • Redetermination Date means, with respect to any Scheduled Redetermination or any Interim Redetermination, the date that the redetermined Borrowing Base related thereto becomes effective pursuant to Section 2.07(d).

  • Average Monthly Limit means the maximum allowable "Average Monthly Concentration" as defined in Section 22a-430-3(a) of the RCSA when expressed as a concentration (e.g. mg/l); otherwise, it means "Average Monthly Discharge Limitation" as defined in Section 22a-430-3(a) of the RCSA.

  • SOFR Determination Day has the meaning specified in the definition of “Daily Simple SOFR”.

  • Claim Determination Period means a calendar year. However, it does not include any part of a year during which a person has no coverage under This Plan, or any part of a year before the date this COB provision or a similar provision takes effect.

  • Eligibility Determination means an approval or denial of eligibility and a renewal or termination of eligibility as set forth in OAR 410-200-0015;¶

  • Extension Determination Date means, in respect of a Series of Covered Bonds, the date falling two Business Days after the expiry of seven days from (and including) the Final Maturity Date of such Covered Bonds.

  • Determination Notice is defined in Section 6.1(b)(i) of the Agreement.
