Developmental status definition

Developmental status means the current functioning of a child in the areas of cognition, communication, vision and hear- ing, social interaction, emotional response, adaptive behavior and self−help skills, and the current physical condition and health of the child.

  • Assistive technology service means any service that directly assists a child with a disability in the selection, acquisition, or use of an assistive technology device. The term includes:

  • Clinical Staff means those employees of a provider who are responsible for providing clinical services to clients.
