Examples of DHCS PI in a sentence

  • CONTRACTOR agrees to give notification of any beach of unsecured DHCS PI and PII or security incident in accordance with Paragraph F, of the Business Associate Contract, Exhibit B to the Agreement.

  • During the term of the Agreement, CONTRACTOR agrees to implement reasonable systems for the discovery of any breach of unsecured DHCS PI and PII or security incident.

  • To mitigate, to the extent practicable, any harmful effect that is known to CONTRACTOR of a use or disclosure of DHCS PI or PII by CONTRACTOR or its subcontractors in violation of this Personal Information Privacy and Security Contract.

Related to DHCS PI

  • PSC means the New York State Public Service Commission.
