PSC means the New York State Public Service Commission.

More Definitions of PSC

PSC means the Project Steering Committee referred to in paragraph 1 of Schedule 5 to this Loan Agreement;

The PSC shall be active 23 in supporting and implementing the program’s philosophy and its individualized, strength-based, 24 culturally/linguistically competent and Client-centered approach.

PSC or “Commission” shall have the meaning attributed to it in the Recitals.
