PSC definition

PSC means the state administrative agency to which the United States Congress or state legislature has delegated authority to regulate the operations of Local Exchange Carriers ("LECs") as defined in the Act. "Common Channel Signaling" or "CCS" means a special network, fully separate from the transmission path of the public switched network that digitally transmits call setup and network control data.

PSC means the Project Steering Committee referred to in paragraph 3(b) of Schedule 4 to this Agreement;
PSC means Personal Services Coordinator and refers to an individual who will be part of a 17 multi-disciplinary team that will provide community based Mental Health Services to adults that are 18 struggling with persistent and severe mental illness as well as homelessness, rehabilitation and Recovery 19 principles. The PSC is responsible for clinical care and case management of assigned Client and 20 families in a community, home, or program setting. This includes assisting Clients with mental health, 21 housing, vocational and educational needs. The position is also responsible for administrative and 22 clinical documentation as well as participating in trainings and team meetings. The PSC shall be active 23 in supporting and implementing the program’s philosophy and its individualized, strength-based, 24 culturally/linguistically competent and Client-centered approach.
PSC or “Commission” shall have the meaning attributed to it in the Recitals.
